A huge benefit of students to the business is that on average two students a year are invited back to Panasonic once they have graduated. This is particularly useful because students will understand the processes within Panasonic and have contacts within key departments to allow them to settle into their job more quickly. A key measure of this success is we now have 14 previous students working full time for the business in key roles, in areas such as marketing, sales, HR and finance."
