Graduation Ceremonies

Guest tickets

Guest tickets are now on sale and all those who have been awarded and successfully registered will have received an email to your preferred contact address with a specific booking link.

Student tickets are free of charge and are to be collected from the Registration desk on the day of your ceremony.

All graduates are eligible to book two guest tickets initially to allow everyone an equal chance to bring guests with them. If you have booked more than two tickets during the initial sale period, these will automatically be cancelled, and the purchaser will be liable for any booking fees incurred.

Guest tickets cost £23.50 for adults and £13.50 for children (aged 18 months-14 years) including £3.50 booking fee. All children (aged 18 months –14 years) must have their own ticket. Failure to do so will result in purchasing additional tickets (if available) on the day, which will be in a different area of the Hall than the initial two guest tickets. Should the Box office be required to reallocate your seating to accommodate additional guests you may be charged a relocation fee. For information about our policy on children attending please see our FAQs.

Please note the following flat-rate booking fee charges are also applied by B:Music, Symphony Hall Box Office:

  • £3.50 per ticket for on-line and counter bookings
  • Lost tickets - a minimum charge of £2.00 will be made by Symphony Hall for printing duplicate tickets.

All tickets will be issued as E-tickets once you have completed your booking. These will then be scanned on the day so remember to share your tickets with your guests ahead of your ceremony so they can get to their seats!

Please note that telephone bookings are currently not available.

Additional guest tickets

If any additional tickets become available, these will be available for purchase from Tuesday 12 December, 10am, from the B:Music Symphony Hall box office website. These tickets are sold on a first come first served basis, are subject to availability and will be in a different area of the hall from seats booked prior to this date.
