SCHOLARSHIPS AT BCU

We want all our students to achieve their full potential. With our two scholarship schemes, you could receive extra funding and support to kick start your BCU journey.

The High Achievers' Scholarship

At BCU, we want to reward outstanding student success, and this starts before you even arrive at university. So, whatever your background, if you apply to BCU by 30 June 2025 and go on to achieve 144 UCAS points or more, you will be eligible for a £1,000 scholarship to get your university life off to a flying start.

These points will be calculated from your main three qualifications. You will also need to have achieved five GCSEs at Grade 4 or above at the point of application in order to qualify.

There are no extra forms to fill in – just make your application by deadline and leave the rest to us.

THE ACCELERATE SCHOLARSHIP

We recognise that starting university comes with some big financial considerations, which is why we’re offering our BCU Accelerate Scholarship, available to all students from lower income households who enrol with our University via the Accelerate programmes.

The scholarship is worth £1,000 paid in three instalments across your first year of study to support you as you make the move from school or college.
