Social Work and Community Studies

We’re proud to have been delivering social work education for over 50 years.

Training with us, you can study and practise all aspects of social work in ways that promote equality, diversity and social justice to make a real difference to people’s lives. High-quality social work education and the development of high-quality social work practice are inextricably linked.

We believe they are an essential part of the ongoing response required to prevent, address and improve social challenges. Our aim is to produce social work practitioners who are skilled, evidence-informed, resilient and empowered, and who have the knowledge, values, ethics and leadership qualities to work effectively alongside service users, carers and other professionals to achieve excellent outcomes.
