Cit South new buildingAt Birmingham City University, we are constantly looking to invest in our campuses to provide students with the most up-to-date learning spaces possible.

A £41 million extension to City South Campus is the next phase of the University’s £260 million investment to transform its estate and create one of the best learning experiences in the university sector.

The new 10,500 sq m building which is currently under construction, will accommodate the relocated School of Education as well as a new School of Health Sciences.

This modern, vibrant learning environment will house superb facilities, including a sports therapy clinic, nutrition science labs, subject specific classrooms equipped with the latest teaching technology, a biomedical engineering lab and a sports hall.

The new state-of-the-art building and exciting new provision in health sciences supports University’s vision to be the leading university for creative and professional practice inspired by innovation and enquiry.
