Cit South new buildingAt At Birmingham City University, we are constantly looking to invest in our campuses to provide students with the most up-to-date learning spaces possible.

A £41 million extension to City South Campus was completed in 2018, which accommodates the School of Education and Social Work as well as a new School of Health Sciences.

This modern, vibrant learning environment houses superb facilities, including a sports therapy clinic, nutrition science labs, subject specific classrooms equipped with the latest teaching technology, a biomedical engineering lab and a sports hall.

The state-of-the-art building and exciting provision in health sciences supports the University’s vision to be the leading university for creative and professional practice inspired by innovation and enquiry.
