Under the lead of Dr Kyle Brown, this research group aims to identify and reduce inequalities in Birmingham and the UK, and to further increase the acknowledgement of the potential for inequalities within wider psychological practice.

Research projects span across psychological specialities and sub-disciplines (health, cognition, sexuality, occupation, culture and society) in order to explore the relationship between psychology and inequalities for a range of outcomes (health, education, criminality, mental health, psychological intervention effectiveness).
