CVA Assessment in Hospital

David Flemming is a 28-year-old male admitted to your ward via A&E with renal colic. Medical staff are concerned that he has not been passing urine and have booked David in for investigations. In this simulation you are required to prioritise your assessment of David and manage his pain.
Ruptured Spleen
Gary Holland is a 42-year-old man who sustained an injury playing rugby. He in a cubicle in A&E and has a distended abdomen and appears clammy. Conduct an assessment and complete Gary's MEWS chart and assess his pain. Liaise with medical staff and respond appropriately to your assessment.

She was admitted to A and E following a fall, her admission documentation is not completed including risk assessments, please could you go and complete her admission.
