Lamin is a lecturer in Law and a Doctoral Researcher at the BCU. He is a module leader for LL.M Human Rights in Wider World, LL. B Family law and LL. B Global Perspectives on Human Rights. Lamin is a member of teaching team on LL. B Constitutional and Administrative Law.

Lamin’s research is looking at breaking down cultural barriers to children's rights to education in Ghana.

He is an international practitioner, with 18 years’ experience in managing international Non-Governmental Organisations, advancing and advocating for children’s right to education.

Lamin supports stakeholders including Government, NGOs/Charities, Educational Institutes, and Communities in West Africa and in the UK, by providing leadership, strategic planning and advocate for quality education and social protection for vulnerable children and young people, to access uninterrupted education.
