Fine Art students' work on display at degree shows

UNIVERSITY NEWS LAST UPDATED : 17 JUNE 2015

Two shows not to miss in the Inspired Festival are the degree shows from Birmingham City University’s School of Art.

Taking place at the historic Margaret Street campus between the 15 and 21 June, the exhibitions showcase the diversity of student’s work from the School’s Fine Art, plus Art and Design undergraduate courses.

‘Rove’ the Fine Art degree show, aims to represent the journey students have taken during their time at Birmingham City University and the journey they will take long after.

‘Ampersand’ is the title of the Art and Design degree show, which is a reflection of the fact that students’ work shifts between both art and design; neither in one discipline nor the other.

More information about the show and previews of students work can be found on the Rove Facebook page and website and Ampersand Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
