Active Wellbeing is an opportunity to all students and staff at BCU to get involved in physical activity. Although we have many sports teams for students to get involved in, we realise that competitive team games may not be for everyone.
We also know that the pressures of trying to fit in any kind of regular activity due to study, family life or work commitments, can at times be challenging. This is why we’ve come up with a different approach to activity – one where you can just turn up and play, try new things and above all, just have fun! We offer a range of sessions which cost only £3 per person per activity and some sessions are free.
