Birmingham City University has been a selected to deliver the Department for Education’s new early career framework (ECF) for new teachers in England. The university is a local delivery partner for business consulting specialists Capita and the University of Birmingham.

About the Early Career Framework
The early career framework was established by the Department for Education to give teachers more training and development at the beginning of their careers. Early career teachers will now receive two years of funded development support and training.
