Register of Interests
Members of the Board of Governors, its Committees or Subsidiary Company Boards and Senior Executives of the University are required, on a mandatory basis, to register all interests - financial or otherwise - which give rise to any actual or potential conflict with the interests of the University or of a subsidiary company.
