Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, or going through a challenging period, you don't have to face it alone.
The Birmingham City University (BCU) Counselling Clinic offers free, confidential counselling for adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing mild to moderate emotional difficulties.
Our counselling is provided by trainee counsellors who are carefully supported and supervised by experienced, qualified professionals, ensuring you receive compassionate and high-quality support in a safe and welcoming environment.
How We Can Support You
We offer weekly one-to-one counselling sessions that provide a dedicated space for you to talk openly about what's happening in your life.
There is no "right" reason to seek counselling. If something is affecting your wellbeing, we are here to listen.
