Mental wellbeing has become the most common resolution in recent years, and there are options for everyone's needs.
The BCU Wellbeing app offers 24/7 support to students through live chat services and tools to help deal with stress and anxiety. If your idea of wellbeing is to get out and about more, why not try a scenic walk in one of Birmingham's beautiful parks or a trip along the canals?
You could spend on gym memberships, personal trainers and protein shakes, but that doesn't work for everyone. Instead, you could try walking or jogging around the parks of Birmingham, or a nice cycle in the city. Many of Birmingham's parks also offer free tennis courts for those looking to take up a new sport.
