The STEM-Up project will help you to:

  •        Assess your existing skills and identify your future requirements
  •        Create a personalised skills development action plan to achieve your goals
  •        Take training designed to help you upskill
  •        Review your post-STEM-Up progress and plan your next steps

How does STEM-Up work?

You will be matched with a dedicated Skills Advisor who will support you to identify key skills to strengthen and then meet those needs with our bespoke training opportunities. You can then access our free workshops, courses or webinars provided by the STEM-Up partnership institutions.

Once you’ve completed your skills training, your Skills Advisor will help you to assess your professional development in line with your goals and ambitions, and then advise you on what your next steps might be.
