With gym access and two large study rooms this development offers ideal city living.

It comprises single en-suite bedrooms, all of which have free 30MG internet access. Your room has a private shower, toilet and sink, and is spacious, with a single bed, plenty of storage space, and desk and chair.

The rooms are grouped into five-bedroom flats, which means you share a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with fellow residents.

You are responsible for cleaning your own room and shared living areas, and are expected to buy your own cleaning products. We provide each flat with a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, dustpan and brush, iron and ironing board. We also provide you with a communal clean every two weeks which is free of charge.

As well as the shared space in each flat, you can also take advantage of the Common room on the ground floor, which has wide screen TV with Sky, comfortable sofas and a pool table. There is also a card operated laundrette on-site.

Security is important and in addition to 24-hour CCTV, reception is open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm. Outside of these periods we have roaming security.
