- EEG correlates of the time course of bilingual reading, a collaboration with Nottingham University
- Funded project on the development of bilingual word databases (www.bilexkids.org)
- Development of a national new spelling test for children with Bath Spa and Nottingham Trent Universities
- Effective interventions with children with language difficulties in partnership with schools across West Midlands
- Language-related predictors of academic performance of international students with Birmingham University
