Finance, Collections and Tuition Fee Payments

The Collections team

The Collections team is responsible for ensuring all fees owed to the University are paid on time and in accordance with terms and conditions.

What service do we provide?

We can help students with guidance on how to make payments and set up payment plans, and also to offer advice if there is difficulty meeting the financial obligations of the degree course or associated costs of study due to be paid to BCU.

We are here to ensure a fair, transparent and consistent approach is applied to all students. We can also help with copy invoices and clarification of what fees are owed, when they need to be paid and confirm receipt of any payments made.

Contact us

If you need to pay £4000 for your CAS or make a payment before enrolment, please use the BCU iPay deposit.

Please note: Cash is not accepted as a method of payment, so please do not bring cash on campus.
