Ben Lowe

Ben started his career in 2015 as a student Paramedic with West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) qualifying as a Paramedic in 2017. Since then, he has completed his BSc top up degree and moved to various roles and hubs within the trust involving; Clinical Team Mentor, Development Ops Manager, Advanced Paramedic (CVT) into his current role as a Strategic Capacity Officer working within EOC. Ben's role involves frequent dealing with acute sites and NHSE/I.

Ben is also a specialist operations resource team (SORT) within WMAS – his areas of specialty fall within JESIP and major incidents as well as principles of incident command. Ben is still operational with WMAS but working with BCU on a part time basis primarily under the clinical skills modules.
