The School of Health Sciences was established in 2014 to accommodate our growing biomedical science and sports courses portfolio alongside our health and social care courses. Additional new facilities are being constructed giving us world-class research and teaching spaces as part of the development of City South Campus in Edgbaston.
We provide high standards of undergraduate, postgraduate and post-qualification education and training for health and social care professionals.
The Faculty has been awarded the, the Skills for Health Quality Mark for our Health related courses. It is the only standard for the UK's health sector which defines and endorses superior delivery of learning and training that healthcare employers need for a highly motivated and effective workforce. The benchmark shows that as a training provider we are delivering world-class training for the health sector.
We can help you to gain an initial qualification and develop your professional practice, as well as enhance your career and personal aspirations through our commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and lifelong learning.
