Award certificates and transcripts

Award documents are not presented during the ceremony and you do not need to have received these in order to attend your graduation. 

Once your award has been confirmed and your certificate becomes available, you will receive an email directing you to the mySRS Portal to confirm the address of where you wish to have your documents posted.

The certificate request option will also be made available within the ‘Award’ section of the mySRS Portal once your award has been confirmed.

For further details about award documentation please visit the Certificates, transcripts and verifications page. Alternatively you can log an enquiry via iAsk or the iBCU App. If you are a Class of 2020 graduate, you will still be able to access iAsk using your university account.
