Grace began her career by training in Psychology with Counselling and worked in CAMHS in-patient services, supporting children and young people with a wide range of complex mental health needs.

Grace then trained as a Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and has worked with adults in charity, NHS, and private practice settings, along with children and young people in schools and various community projects.

Grace is passionate about the person-centred values and has a particular interest in the way people connect with animals, especially how these connections can replicate that of the person-centred therapeutic conditions. This is an area she explored in her own dissertation research and continues to carry in therapeutic thinking.
