Cara Large
As course lead for adult field nursing, Cara is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional student experience for all. Cara has a clinical background in adult critical care nursing across the greater midlands area. Her clinical experiences led to a special interest in healthcare ethics, which she subsequently studied at Master’s Degree, and now teaches ethics within the nursing degree and across multiple other healthcare courses. Cara has recently completed research into methods to improve student assessment feedback and literacy, the findings and recommendations from this research were presented at the Advance HE Teaching and Learning conference, in 2025.
