Andi Smith

Having a wealth of experience in both the ambulance service and third sector Andi joined the Paramedic Science team in 2024. Andi teaches across all three years, is personal tutor for first year Paramedic Science students, supervises a number of third year dissertation students and is the department’s outreach and admissions lead. Andi has a significant research interest in the individuals experience of grief following a traumatic loss. Andi is an enthusiastic runner, cyclist and avid podcast listener.
