English and Creative Writing students benefit from our close, collaborative relationships with leading creative, cultural and literary organisations, including the BBC, Cheltenham Literature Festival, the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Birmingham Literature Festival, Writing West Midlands (the creative writing development agency for our region), Verve Poetry Festival, and Poetry Birmingham Literary Journal (co-founded, edited and run by BCU alumna, Naush Sabah).
