The Soho Tavern
Being nationally renowned for their mixed grills, The Soho Tavern has a lot to boast about. From its elegant interior to its flavoursome dishes; it sets a perfect environment for any meal you choose to have.
There is also a wide range of drinks available (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and with two bars you’ll never find yourself waiting in long lines. They also offer a veggie and vegan menu for the non-meat eaters.

The New Garden Gate
The New Garden Gate specialises in tasty mixed grills and mouth-watering desserts, they even offer a vegetarian mixed grill! It boasts a 4.5* rating on TripAdvisor with many complimenting the food, the decor and friendly staff.
The restaurant is close to our Hamstead student accommodation and with easy transport links from Birmingham New Street, there’s no reason not to try it out.

The Barrel Bar and Grill
A classic pub serving a great mixed grill. Meat is cooked over charcoal for the perfect flavour. The pub also shows sports so you can have a proper pub outing to watch the footie, grab a pint and eat a great value mixed grill.

The Old Moseley Arms
A bit of a Brummie legend, this Desi pub tucked away in the back streets of Balsall Heath is well known for serving great Indian food. Grab a pint of real ale and get your grill on, they even offer a Monster Grill, perfect for sharing with your mates.

Ai Arabi Grill House
If you're looking for a cheap and cheerful mixed grill close to our city centre campus, check out Ai Arabi Grill House. Located in Martineau Place, it might not look fancy but the portion sizes are excellent and you can take anything home that you don't finish.
