Gas St Social, The Mailbox

Alongside bottomless brunches, burger Mondays and live music, Gas St Social also have an exciting list of Birmingham-themed cocktails. With some of their creations topped with candy floss, Bournville chocolate or your own polaroid picture, they look as good as they taste! 

40 St Pauls, Jewellery Quarter

With room for just 24 drinkers at a time, 40 St Pauls offers a warm, inviting and intimate experience. They’re known for their extensive range of gins and have won award after award for their beautifully presented drinks.

Cuban Embassy, Moseley

If rum is more your thing, head over to Moseley to sample some of 120 of the finest rums and a great selection of Cuban cocktails. They also have a brilliant tapas menu, so save room for food!

Couch, Stirchley

This effortlessly cool ‘neighbourhood cocktail bar’ is a firm favourite in Stirchley. You won’t find any tiny umbrellas or elaborate garnishes here, they just promise crafted cocktails in a relaxed environment.

Passing Fancies, Digbeth

These guys like to keep their customers on their toes with constantly evolving themes and menus, and regular collaborations with other Brum favourites. Soak up the casual, relaxed vibe while you work your way through the menu.

Ikigai, Stirchley

Ikigai specialises in Japanese-inspired cocktails using seasonal ingredients inspired by local landmarks and a love of Birmingham and the Black Country. Plus if you’re not a big drinker, they’ll gladly make an alcohol-free version of each of their cocktails.

Tonight Josephine, City Centre

If you prefer your cocktails served with a side of Drag brunches, shimmer curtains and neon lights, then Tonight Josephine is the place for you. Grab a delicious cocktail (or mocktail!) and sing your heart out with a spot of crowd karaoke.
