Course Survey

The Course Survey is an internal survey run by BCU, to gather feedback from our students about what they enjoy about their course and university, and where improvements can be made.  

BCU can then use this information to make changes while you’re studying with us. 

The survey is anonymous and your data will not be shared with course or administration staff.

The Course Survey allows BCU to make changes that will impact you and future students at the University.  

Your feedback is vital to help the University improve the student experience for everyone at BCU. 

As a result of previous feedback from surveys, we’ve been able to implement a number of changes, such as increased access to mental health and wellbeing support, more PCs and laptops available for students, and better access to online library resources. 

Each question will have four response options.​ For example, Q1: ‘How good are staff at explaining things?’ ​

Your answers should be your own opinion, based on your experience on your course. 

Visit www.bcu.ac.uk/course-survey and enter your student ID number to complete the questions.  

​The survey is open until Saturday 23 March. 

The survey takes just 5 minutes to complete and you can use a PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone to complete it.​
