Kevin Hoffin
Kevin is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and gained his MA in Criminology & Criminal Justice, his PGCE and his BA in Law with Criminology at Keele University.
He is a cultural criminologist, with his main interests being crime representations in comics and superheroes. He also contributes to the growing discipline of black metal theory.
He is currently an active researcher in the ‘From Villain to Hero Initiative’ comic book project alongside Dr. Adam Lynes.
He became an academic after falling in love with Criminology during his MA.
