Dr Alex McAuley
Alex McAuley, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Research for Athlete and Youth Sport Development (RAYSD) Lab at Birmingham City University.
His research interests include exploring the multifactorial factors and specific mechanisms underpinning optimal human performance in sport, as well as creating more appropriate environments and processes that foster the positive development of athletes across the lifespan.
