The brightest new stars of art, design, jewellery and fashion will be breaking out of the studios and lecture theatres to show their work to the public throughout September.
Masters of Arts (MA) students from Birmingham City University will be showcasing an impressive range of work across four different schools at a series of shows at venues across the Birmingham.
An eclectic mix of work will be on display, from fine art installations, to catwalk collections.
Open to the general public, as well as those in the creative industries, the degree shows are a rich source of fresh talent making them ideal for employers searching for trend-setting, new recruits.
The shows demonstrate what can be achieved by studying at Birmingham Institute of Art and Design (BIAD) and they are also an ideal opportunity for prospective students to see examples of student work.
Professor Chris O'Neil, Dean of BIAD, said: "Creatively this year's shows promise to be very exciting. The quality is high; the students have picked a wide range of subjects and are presenting their work through a variety of disciplines."
