A new series of business support workshops is being launched to help small and medium size organisations boost their leadership and marketing and enhance their business growth.
Birmingham City University will be offering free two-day online workshops aimed at ensuring businesses across the region are given the support they need to grow and thrive in 2022.
The events will take place on Wednesday 12 January and Wednesday 19 January and will feature advice, tips and bespoke analysis run by academic experts at the University’s Business School.
Focused on creating effective leadership and marketing strategies for businesses, the workshops titled ‘Enterprise For Success’, will see business experts support organisations in the analysis of their visions, values, and suggest key methods for enhancing growth and improvement.
Head of Programme Delivery, Dr Bruce Philp said: “It’s great to be running the Enterprise For Success programme for businesses in 2022, at a time many of them need it most.
Enterprise For Success is part-funded by the European Development Fund in partnership with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and is available to all eligible businesses in the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership area.
The workshops run by the University’s Business School form part of the University’s wider offer through the BCU Advantage service, which includes support recruiting skilled workers and developing existing workforces, knowledge exchange partnerships and access to incubator space.
