A Birmingham City University lecturer launched the world’s first 225 degree immersive yoga activity this week, transforming exercise into a multi-sensory light and sound experience.

YUNG CLUB, co-founded in 2015 by Rebecca Russell-Turner from the University’s School of Fashion and Textiles, offers a new form of escapism through exercise.

“YUNG CLUB experiences transport your body and brain to a festival of fitness where exercise is fun”, says Rebecca.

Yoga gurus and exercise amateurs are invited to participate in the sensory work-out sessions which form part of a pop-up exhibition in Oxford Street’s Selfridges store until 10 June.
