Dr Scali is a Lecturer in Public International Law and the Director of the LLMs International Law and International Human Rights. At BCU, she also leads the module on EU Law (GDL) and Independent Research Project (GDL).
Dr Scali teaches additional courses on A ‘Crisis’ for Human Rights? and International and European Health and Human Rights at Roma Tre University (Italy) and IES Abroad London.
She holds a Doctorate in law from the University of Nottingham and has extensive research experience also outside academia, working/having worked with various civil society organisations and the public sector.
Dr Scali is currently a consultant researcher for the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, South-East Asia Regional Office (OHCHR SEARO).
