Dr Kirsty Patel
Kirsty qualified as a diagnostic radiographer from Derby University in 2011 and completed her postgraduate qualification in Mammography Practice in 2015. Kirsty’s clinical experience in the NHS ranges from general radiography, training and development, and breast imaging and screening. Kirsty joined BCU in 2021 as a Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant and has since become a full-time Teaching Fellow.
Kirsty’s PhD explored knowledge sharing in clinical radiography education. She has a strong interest in knowledge mobilisation and qualitative research methodologies.
