Admissions Tutor / Lecturer in Sports Therapy

Kate joined Birmingham City University in September 2018 having previously worked privately in a Physiotherapy clinic, alongside her role as first XV Sports Therapist at the women’s premiership team Worcester Valkyries RFC, and completing her Master's degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

She has a vast amount of experience of working in amateur and professional sports teams, particularly in Rugby Union with Northampton Saints RFC, Racing92 and the Uruguay 2015 Rugby World Cup Team. Kate aims to use her own experiences to help inspire and support students with their learning and the development of their practical skills.
