EnPOWER

(Enabling Progression of Women Researchers)

What is EnPower?

The EnPOWER project aims to address the gender imbalance in leadership roles in the Higher Education sector in Vietnam by challenging cultures of inequality and generating new ways of working that create, support and enable career pathways for women leaders.

Project Network

The EnPOWER project is led by Birmingham City University and the project team builds on five years of successful collaboration, supported by the British Council in Vietnam and two partner universities in Vietnam.
