Emma Nenadic

Emma is a full-time doctoral candidate under the supervision of Martin Fautley and Victoria Kinsella. Using a qualitative multiple case study approach, her thesis is focusing on learning, practice and pedagogy within music education partnerships between schools and music organisations.

Prior to joining Birmingham City University, Emma worked for music organisations including Opera North, where she supported the running of the Chorus and Orchestra, and Town Hall Symphony Hall and Birmingham Contemporary Music Group, where she managed and produced diverse education and community projects. Emma studied BA (Hons) Music at University of York and is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
