1000 Threads Fashion Show

We are delighted to invite you to 1000 Threads 2026 - BCU's live annual event, celebrating School of Arts graduates in the heart of Birmingham on Thursday 18 June.

Join us at Brindley Place for an incredibly unique evening, with a catwalk show, live music and performances, and exhibitions showcasing the best of our talented School of Arts students.

Schedule:

• 6.10pm: Head to Central Square for our Catwalk Show Gala. Hosted by Strictly Come Dancing's Lauren Oakley and accompanied by Royal Birmingham Conservatoire musicians, the catwalk will display designs from our amazing Fashion and Jewellery students.

• 7.30pm: Come along to the official after party at IKON Gallery for our School of Art takeover, featuring live art performances and a DJ.
