What is Construction Management?

Construction Management is all about taking control of construction projects from start to finish. It involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire process from initial designs and procurement through to the safe delivery of buildings that meet quality, cost, and sustainability goals. What will you study on a Construction Management degree?
