WOMEN PROFESSORS GROUP

The BCU Women Professors group was set up in 2019 to provide a forum to celebrate the successes and challenge the obstacles faced by female academics at all levels. 

The group meets quarterly and discussions, informed by a mixture of presentations and guest experts, have ranged from the gender and ethnicity pay gaps to making the professorial career route more transparent and better supported. 

Their aim is to increase the number of women professors at BCU, disseminate the excellent work members are involved with and be more visible role models to encourage their colleagues.
