Jahangir (Jay) is responsible for teaching sessions, workshops and tutorials in project management, PRINCE2 methodology, ITIL Methodology, Microsoft project, Cisco networking (CCNA), business finance (budgeting), marketing, presentation skills, academic poster design, and Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint).

His educational background is in Computer Science, with a Postgraduate in Business Marketing. Currently he is undertaking a PhD. He has supervisory experience from undergraduate level through to Postgraduate level.

His industrial experience revolved around Programme/Change Management in senior positions within IT and the banking industry. He initially proposed, designed and introduced The PRINCE2 workshop at BCU. The course evolved as a response to the drive towards employability and CPD, as PRINCE2 is a professional qualification recognised internationally. This involved close collaborative work with practice partners and stakeholders such as APMG and APM. At the time, BCU was the only university in the UK that provided this course on their Masters programme and as a standalone course.
