Lucy Davies

Lucy is an HCPC and BAOT Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience in acute, community, private, independent and voluntary organisations. Lucy’s clinical background is in adult physical health.

Lucy has held voluntary positions at RCOT and has worked in senior leadership roles including Trust Professional Lead for Occupational Therapy at BCHC NHS Trust.

Lucy has successfully worked at system levels in both the Black Country and BSOL ICBs delivering projects funded by NHS E including the development of the AHP Support Workforce. She is passionate about teaching and coaching learners who are both entering and returning to HCPC professions.
