Helen Hopkins

Helen Hopkins is a Diagnostic Radiographer and Reporting Radiographer with extensive clinical and academic experience. She worked at City Hospital, Birmingham, for 17 years whilst also working for the University, where she has been a member of academic staff for over 21 years. Helen holds an MSc in Radiography and has a particular interest in post-mortem computed tomography (PMCT).

In addition to her university role, she worked for eight years with a private company specialising in PMCT, contributing to the development and application of this specialist area of radiographic practice. Her expertise spans clinical reporting, radiography education, and advanced imaging, with a continuing commitment to advancing professional practice and student learning.
