Matt Draycott is an Associate Professor with extensive experience in enterprise and entrepreneurship education. His teaching and research focus on the design of innovative learning experiences that prepare students to navigate emerging and disruptive business landscapes.

Drawing on a background in both academia and practice, Matt has led curriculum development across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, with a particular emphasis on problem-based learning and applied business projects.

His research interests include the impact of entrepreneurial education, programme design, stakeholder engagement, and the role of family background in shaping entrepreneurial competencies.

Matt brings a critical yet supportive approach to teaching, encouraging learners to combine creativity, critical thinking, and practical application. His commitment to inclusive and impactful education is reflected in his supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, alongside his work on neuro-inclusive learning spaces for entrepreneurial education.
