iBCU app

iBCU is the University in your pocket. The app is full of great features that will help make life at BCU easier for you, including keeping on top of your schedule and university events with Your Day and Timetable, finding your way around with Maps and finding a PC or laptop on campus with PC Finder.

Download and simply sign in with your BCU email address and password to personalise the experience to you.

University Assistant

University Assistant is our exclusive to BCU app that allows us to send bespoke information to you based on your course and year of study. This app will also allow you to contact all of the different BCU Services, and if you’re ever stuck, you can ask for help on our ‘live chat’; which puts you in direct contact with our friendly and knowledgeable Student Success Advisors.

Moodle

Moodle’s dedicated app lets you access our Virtual Learning Environment on the go, allowing you to engage with course activities, check deadlines and submit assessments anywhere, from any device.

Office 365

All BCU students get free access to the suite of Office 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more.

Just download any of the Office 365 apps and sign in with your BCU email address and password.

Notify

Notify is our Health and Safety app where you can report Covid-19 related incidents as part of our track and trace system including a positive test or breaches of restrictions on campus.

You can also use it to report other incidents such as a trailing cable or cluttered walk way on campus so that our staff are made aware and can alert the relevant team.

Headspace

When life can seem overwhelming, it’s important to look after your own mental health and wellbeing. All BCU students can access the Headspace Plus app for free for meditation and mindfulness exercises.

Headspace is an award-winning, research-backed meditation and mindfulness app, hosting hundreds of meditations on everything from stress and sleep to focus and anxiety. Just sign up with your BCU email address.
