Professor Imran Awan has appeared on BBC Crimewatch Roadshow Live to discuss the rise and impact of hate crimes.
Professor Awan was invited as an expert guest to discuss the impact of hate crimes and the rise of Islamophobia in recent times. The Crimewatch roadshow takes to the streets of Britain to appeal directly to the public for help with unsolved cases.
Professor Awan added: “This is a really important programme that highlights some of the most important cases that deal with crime in Britain today."
