We have international students from Latin America studying at Birmingham City University in some of our most popular programmes, including Business, Art and Design, and Jewellery.

Birmingham is a popular study destination for students from Latin America, offering many home comforts, including restaurants, bars, and various sports.  The city features its international airport, just a 10-minute train journey from our City Centre Campus. Modern, safe, and ideally located on-campus accommodation is available to all international students on a first-come, first-served basis.  Our International Regional Manager understands the study needs of Latin American students and would be pleased to answer any questions you may have about studying at our institution.

It's a particularly exciting time to become a student at Birmingham City University. We've invested over £500 million in our estate, including a major expansion of our City Centre Campus at Eastside, providing students with an enviable range of facilities.

Our research work continues to attract international attention, 93% of our research was recognised internationally for originality, significance and rigour, of which 19% was judged world-leading (REF 2021).
