Our research work is attracting international attention too, with research across 11 of our subject areas being classed as 'world-leading', 'internationally excellent' or 'recognised internationally' in the prestigious Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2014.
It's a particularly exciting time to become a student at Birmingham City University. We've invested £260 million in our estate, including a major expansion of our City Centre Campus at Eastside, providing students with an enviable range of facilities.
