As an emerging media for social change agent, I have a passion for research in this field. Having worked within the Non-Governmental Organisation sector and the United Nations Population Fund in Trinidad and Tobago, I felt that my research will be useful to the youth of my country. It is my hope that findings and discussions of my research will be used to inform T&T’s youth policy and ideas on media for social change.

Prior to attending BCU, I studied at The University of Manchester and The University of the West Indies (Mona). I have also worked within the media industry before reading for my Bachelor of Arts degree

Some of my other activities at BCU include Chairing BCU’s Postgraduate Network (PGRNet); and Representing Research Students within the Performance Media and English Faculty. Additionally, I am an Assistant PA to the Faculty Management Team of ELSS.
